We can comfortably handle events with up to 200 guests, supported by a flexible fleet, real-time coordination, and dedicated event supervisors.

What types of vehicles are available?

We offer a range of event-ready vehicles including Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios, Ertiga, Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross, and Tempo Travellers for group movement.

What is the age of the vehicles you provide for event transfers?

All vehicles assigned will be under 5 years old, and all are well-maintained, clean, and inspected regularly for event operations. For last-minute requests or unexpected emergencies, we may assign a comparable replacement vehicle to avoid delays and ensure your guests are never kept waiting.

Can you handle airport arrivals for delegates or guests?

Drivers handle staggered or bulk arrivals smoothly. Optional event-dedicated meet-and-greet and placard services can also be arranged for easier guest identification.

Are in-vehicle amenities available for delegates?

Optional amenities such as water bottles, newspapers, juice, biscuits, and chocolates can be arranged and will incur an additional cost.

How early should we book for guaranteed availability?

Ideally, bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance for guaranteed availability. We may accommodate requests with a minimum of 3 days’ notice, subject to fleet availability.

What communication method do you use for real-time updates?

Communication is managed through a dedicated WhatsApp group or direct mobile updates shared with a single point of contact, ensuring quick coordination and faster decisions during the event.

How are invoicing and reports handled for the entire event?

A quote or proforma invoice will be shared based on your event requirements. Once the event is completed, we will provide the trip sheets along with the final invoice. The balance amount will be payable after deducting the advance received.
