Other Charges and Fees
Fare rules
- The fare includes driver fees, fuel and road toll.
- Distance is calculated from the airport or nearest taxi station and back to the origin airport or origin taxi station.
- Distance travelled beyond the estimated kilometers will be charged extra as specified in the fare summary.
- For packages and multiple days trips, driver's working hours will be 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Timing will be flexible on arrival day and departure day and will be as per guest’s travel schedule. Driver allowance as specified in the itinerary will be applicable beyond the normal working hours.
- Tour package rates apply for tourism purposes only, and additional allowances apply for business, events, marriages, and pilgrimage trips. While the vehicle is provided at your disposal, a tentative itinerary is required when booking. Minor deviations are allowed, but significant changes may incur additional charges.
Toll charges
Toll charges are applicable only if travelling via the specific route. Usually these charges are included in the itinerary. If not included, these charges can be paid directly to the driver.

Airport entry / parking charges
Airport entry / parking charges are applicable for airport pickup and drop-off. Usually these charges are included in the itinerary. If not included, these charges can be paid directly to the driver. 12-seater vans may have a higher rate.

Entry permits are applicable only if travelling via other states such as Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Usually these charges are included in the itinerary. If not included, these charges can be paid directly to the driver.

Driver night stay charges (For multiple days trip)
In well-known tourist spots like Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, Alappuzha, Kovalam, Trivandrum, Wayanad, and others, hotels and resorts often have arrangements to provide accommodation for drivers. Alternatively, drivers may find the nearest accommodation themselves, and there are no additional charges applied.
In less frequented or remote tourist places where accommodations for drivers may not be readily available, you will need to pay driver night stay charges as mentioned below.
