What is included in the taxi fare?

The fare includes vehicle charges, driver fees, fuel, convenience fees, airport entry/parking charges, and state entry fees (if travelling through other states). Road toll charges are not included and usually range between ₹200–₹500 depending on the route. These can be paid directly to the driver or included in the fare on request.

What is your payment policy?

An advance payment of ₹2,000 is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount can be paid during the trip at your convenience, either online or in cash directly to the driver. The advance payment is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the pickup time. If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, the fare for the first day will be charged.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

You can contact our customer support team for any booking modifications or cancellations. Minor changes without city changes can be made at any time, subject to feasibility. Changes involving pickup city or airport may affect the fare and should be informed at least 24 hours before the pickup time. For taxi packages, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time are free of charge. If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, the fare for the first day will be charged.

Where do I meet my driver?

Your car and driver details will be shared in the itinerary at least 24 hours before the pickup time via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. The driver will contact you in advance to coordinate the pickup. For airport pickups, please call the driver after arrival, and they will meet you at the arrival area. If you’re unable to call, proceed to the arrival area where the driver will find you. A name placard can also be arranged on request. For hotel or other location pickups, the driver will call 15–45 minutes before the scheduled pickup.

Do drivers speak English or Hindi, and are they familiar with routes and tourist places?

Yes. Drivers assigned for taxi packages are specific driver-cum-travel guides who can communicate in English and Hindi. They are well familiar with local routes, road conditions, and popular tourist attractions, and are people who genuinely show interest and passion in tourism, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

What about the driver’s stay and food during multi-day trips?

In major tourist destinations such as Munnar, Wayanad, Thekkady, Alleppey, Varkala, and Kovalam, drivers usually manage their own food and accommodation at designated driver lodges or nearby restaurants, at their own expense. For remote or non-tourist areas where such facilities may not be available, suitable arrangements may need to be made by the guest. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can help plan proper arrangements and ensure a smooth trip.

Will I have the same car and driver for the entire trip? What about driver working hours?

To ensure adequate rest for the driver, comply with safety regulations, and provide a safe driving experience, standard driver working hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On the arrival and departure days, timings will be flexible and adjusted according to the guest’s travel schedule. Any service requested beyond standard working hours may be provided at the applicable hourly rates and is subject to the driver’s availability and consent.

What happens if the taxi breaks down midway?

All our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and regularly checked to ensure a comfortable journey, with an excellent track record of minimal breakdowns. Minor issues are usually resolved quickly. In the rare event of a major breakdown, we will arrange an alternate taxi to ensure you reach your destination with minimal delay and inconvenience.

Whom should I contact if there are any issues during my trip?

For every trip, we share three contact points. Your driver will be your primary contact and guide throughout the journey. A trip coordinator will provide backend support for route planning and any assistance during the trip. If additional help is needed, our support team is available via phone or WhatsApp to assist you.

Should I tip the driver?

Tipping is not mandatory and is not included in the fare. If you are happy with the driver’s service, you may choose to tip at your discretion. In remote areas where budget hotels are not available, offering the driver a tea, coffee, or meal is appreciated as a thoughtful courtesy.
